Endolift Laser Lifting

ENDOLIFT treatment at MED YU MED Dubai

Endolift Laser Lifting

Endolift at MED YU MED Dubai is a minimally invasive laser lifting treatment for face, neck and selected body areas. The procedure uses a thin optical fiber placed under the skin to deliver controlled laser energy into targeted tissue layers. This supports skin tightening, contour improvement, collagen stimulation and, when needed, reduction of localized subcutaneous fat.

Endolift may be selected for patients looking for non-surgical face lifting, laser skin tightening, lower face contouring, chin correction, neck tightening or body contour improvement without traditional surgical lifting. The protocol can be adapted for the full face, face + neck, lower third + chin, neck + décolleté and body zones such as abdomen, buttocks, knees, inner hips, hands and back.

For the face and neck, Endolift can help improve skin laxity, facial contour definition, double chin appearance, lower third heaviness and reduced skin firmness. For the body, it may be used when the goal is to tighten tissue quality, improve contour and support correction of local laxity or fat accumulation in selected zones.

Every Endolift procedure at MED YU MED starts with a medical consultation. The doctor evaluates skin laxity, fat distribution, tissue quality, medical history, previous procedures and the expected result before selecting the treatment area and laser protocol. This is important because Endolift is not a simple surface procedure: it works under the skin and must be performed with correct medical assessment.

  • Sagging lower face and loose jowls
  • A jawline that has lost its definition
  • Loose skin and fullness under the chin and neck
  • Under-eye laxity and tired-looking lower lids
  • Early skin laxity that is past creams but not ready for surgery
  • Patients who want firmer contours without a surgical lift

Active skin infection, pregnancy or certain conditions may rule it out — confirmed at consultation.

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Active infection, inflammation or open wounds in the treatment area
- Bleeding disorders or anticoagulant therapy, after doctor assessment
- History of keloid or abnormal scarring
- Active skin disease (eczema, psoriasis) in the treatment area
- Uncontrolled chronic or autoimmune conditions, after doctor assessment
- Recent isotretinoin use, until cleared by a doctor

This list is not exhaustive. Other conditions, medicines and previous treatments may also rule the treatment out or change the plan. Final suitability is determined by a clinician at an in-person assessment.

About the treatment

Endolift in Dubai offers a middle path between injectables that fade and a surgical lift that means weeks off. At MED YU MED the treatment runs on the Endolift system, a DEKA 1470 nm fibre laser that works from inside the skin rather than across its surface. The doctor threads optical microfibres thinner than a hair through tiny entry points under local anaesthetic, then heats the deep dermis along the fibre's path to firm loose tissue and shrink small fat pockets.

That suits the lower face, jowls, jawline, neck and under-eye area, where slack skin and stubborn fullness resist creams and surface devices. There are no incisions and no stitches, and the entry points close on their own. A DHA-licensed medical team carries out the procedure. Results build over the following weeks, they vary between individuals, and a consultation confirms whether you are a candidate before anything is booked.

How it works

Endolift is a minimally invasive laser lift, not a topical or needle treatment. The fibre carries 1470 nm light at a wavelength that water and fat absorb well, so the energy concentrates exactly where the microfibre sits in the deep dermis. Heat there does two things at once: it contracts the fibrous septa that hold the skin's structure, and it prompts fibroblasts to lay down new collagen and elastin over the following weeks.

The fibre is fine enough to pass through entry points that need no stitches, which is what keeps this short of surgery. Along its track it can also reduce small, localised fat pockets — under the chin or along the jawline — that make a face look heavy. Because the laser works under the skin rather than ablating the surface, the outside stays intact and recovery stays short. The full device specification sits on the Endolift device page.

How the session goes

  1. Consultation

Facial assessment, skin-laxity and fat review, and medical history. The doctor marks the zones and confirms whether Endolift or a surgical option fits your goal.

  2. Preparation

The area is cleansed and local anaesthetic is applied, so the procedure stays comfortable. Tiny entry points are planned along the treatment zone.

  3. Treatment

The microfibre is introduced under the skin and the 1470 nm laser is drawn along each track, heating the deep dermis. Most sessions take under an hour, depending on the area.

  4. Aftercare

Mild swelling and tenderness are normal for a few days. Sun care is advised, and the clinic gives written aftercare with a follow-up to track collagen rebuild.

Results you can expect

Endolift gives a degree of tightening soon after, as the heated tissue contracts, but the main change builds gradually. New collagen and elastin mature over two to three months, so the lift and firmer contour keep improving across that window rather than appearing overnight. Many people need only a single session per area, with results that can last a year or longer depending on age, skin quality and lifestyle. The doctor sets expectations at assessment, since outcomes depend on starting laxity and the amount of fat treated. Results vary between individuals, and Endolift firms and contours rather than replacing a surgical facelift where heavy sagging is present.

Recovery and aftercare

Downtime is short but real. Expect swelling, bruising and tenderness for one to two weeks, with the first few days the most noticeable, and firm areas along the treated tracks that can be felt for several weeks after the visible swelling has gone. Most people return to daily activity quickly, but do not apply makeup until the entry points have closed and the clinician confirms it is safe. Avoid intense heat, saunas and strenuous exercise for about a week, sleep with the head slightly raised if the lower face was treated, and keep the area out of strong sun with SPF. The clinic provides written aftercare.

Risks and side effects. Endolift is minimally invasive: a fine optical microfibre passes under the skin through puncture entry points, usually under local anaesthetic. There are no surgical incisions and no stitches, but the entry points are breaks in the skin and the energy is delivered inside the tissue. Expected: swelling, bruising, tenderness, tightness and temporary numbness, most noticeable in the first few days. Less common but important: thermal injury or a burn to the overlying skin, blistering, firm nodules along the fibre tracks, contour irregularity or asymmetry where fat was reduced, infection at an entry point, prolonged numbness, pigment change, and scarring. Fat reduced by the laser does not return, so we treat conservatively and review rather than doing everything in one pass.

When to contact us urgently. Call MED YU MED on +971 52 184 5011 (daily 10:00–22:00) if you have pain that increases rather than eases after the second day, redness or heat spreading out from the treated area, fever, discharge, a blister or a dark patch of skin at or near an entry point, or numbness or weakness of the lip or lower face. Outside our opening hours, go to the nearest emergency department or call 998 for an ambulance — do not wait for the clinic to reopen.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Endolift cost in Dubai?

At MED YU MED Endolift starts from 5000 AED. The final cost depends on how many zones are treated — for example lower face, jawline or neck — and is confirmed per plan after assessment. A consultation gives you an exact quote.

Is Endolift surgery?

No. Endolift is minimally invasive. The doctor passes a fine laser microfibre under the skin through tiny entry points under local anaesthetic, with no incisions and no stitches. It sits between injectable treatments and a surgical lift, and the entry points close on their own.

How long does Endolift take to show results?

Some tightening shows soon after treatment, but the main result builds as new collagen forms over two to three months. Many people need a single session per area, with results that can last a year or more. Results vary between individuals.

Is Endolift painful?

The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, so most people feel pressure rather than pain during treatment. Mild soreness, swelling and bruising are normal for a few days afterwards and settle on their own.

What areas can Endolift treat?

Endolift is commonly used on the lower face, jowls, jawline, neck and under-eye area, where loose skin and small fat pockets resist creams and surface treatments. The doctor confirms the suitable zones for your face at consultation.

Who is not suitable for Endolift?

Endolift may be delayed or ruled out by active skin infection, pregnancy, certain medical conditions, or very heavy sagging that needs surgery. The doctor reviews your history and skin at consultation and recommends the right option.

What are the risks of Endolift?

Swelling, bruising, tenderness, tightness and temporary numbness affect most patients and settle over one to two weeks. Less common complications include thermal injury or a burn to the skin, infection at an entry point, firm nodules along the treated tracks, uneven contour or asymmetry where fat was reduced, pigment change and scarring. Treatment near the eyes and along the jawline carries additional anatomy-specific risks, which the doctor explains before consent. Because the fat that is reduced does not come back, we treat conservatively and review.
