Neck and décolleté rejuvenation in Dubai (non-surgical)

Neck and décolleté rejuvenation in Dubai, without surgery

Crepey skin, loose skin under the chin, brown spots on the chest, horizontal neck lines: each has a different cause and method. A doctor examines the area first, then builds a plan. If your case needs surgery, we say so.

What changes in neck and décolleté skin

Four different things get called “neck ageing”, and they need different treatment.

  • Loose, crepey skin. Collagen and elastin thin out and the skin stops springing back. Fine crinkling appears on the neck and across the chest.
  • Brown spots and uneven tone. Sun damage collects on the front of the neck and the décolleté, which are exposed to the sun for years. UV levels in Dubai stay high all year.
  • Horizontal neck lines. Necklace lines and “tech neck” creases form where thin skin folds every time you move your head. They are creases, not sagging.
  • Looser tissue under the chin. Skin and the tissue below it sag, the angle between chin and neck softens, and vertical folds can appear. More marked laxity needs a stronger approach than surface skin quality does.

Most people have a mix, and sorting out which one dominates is most of the consultation: a laser for pigment does not tighten, and a tightening device does not remove a brown patch.

Which method fits which concern

These are the options on our service pages for the neck and décolleté.

What you see Method How it works
Loose, crepey skin, early sagging, fine lines RF microneedling (Genius, Morpheus Pro, Vivace) Radiofrequency delivered into the dermis through insulated needles to stimulate collagen.
Brown spots, sun damage, uneven colour PicoSure Pro picosecond laser; BBL light Targets excess pigment, which the body clears over the following weeks.
Dull, rough texture, early photoageing MOXI 1927 nm laser Non-ablative laser that renews the surface without heavy peeling.
Skin firmness without needles, with little or no downtime INDIBA radiofrequency; BBL SkinTyte Needle-free radiofrequency or light-based tightening, in a series of visits.
Marked laxity of the neck and chin area Endolift laser lifting A thin fibre under the skin heats the deep dermis. Minimally invasive, not surgery.
Horizontal necklace lines Filler for Venus rings Soft filler along the creases. Softens lines; does not lift skin.

If your main issue is a descending jawline and lower face, see the separate pages on SMAS lifting with Ultraformer MPT and monopolar RF lifting. For the jawline and lower face in general, read sagging skin and jawline treatment. For horizontal neck lines in detail, see Venus rings (neck lines) treatment.

We do not perform plastic surgery. Energy devices contract and rebuild collagen. They do not remove skin or reposition deeper tissue the way a surgeon can. If skin hangs in a fold that has to be gathered rather than tightened, that is a surgical result, and we say so instead of starting a course that cannot reach it.

How the doctor chooses a method for your neck

Every treatment starts with an in-person assessment. For the neck and décolleté the doctor checks how the skin recoils, how deep the lines are, your skin type, recent sun exposure or tan, previous treatments, medicines, and any fillers, threads, metal implants or implanted electronic device in the area. Neck and chest are priced separately for most methods, and some methods price them as one combined zone (see the table). Many patients treat them together or add the face so the skin quality matches.

What a course looks like, method by method

  • RF microneedling. Numbing cream first. Genius and Vivace courses usually run three to four sessions four to six weeks apart; Morpheus Pro is typically about three. Redness, warmth and a grid or sandpaper texture last one to three days. The fuller effect builds over the following months.
  • PicoSure Pro and BBL. A flush for a few hours to a day. Treated spots often darken first, then lighten over the following weeks. Pigment usually needs a course several weeks apart. We refer suspicious lesions to a dermatologist first.
  • MOXI. 20 to 30 minutes including numbing, then a sandpaper texture and light bronzing for two to three days. Usually three to four sessions a few weeks apart. It does not treat deep wrinkles or heavy scarring.
  • INDIBA. A warm massage feeling, no needles, no downtime, a series of visits. It does not tighten skin the way a surgical lift does.
  • Endolift. Roughly 60 to 90 minutes under local anaesthetic. Swelling, bruising and tenderness for one to two weeks; a compression garment for the first days after neck treatment. Most patients have one session, with a second considered no earlier than a year later. The main result builds over two to three months.
  • Venus rings filler. About 20 to 30 minutes. Small bumps settle within days, bruising can take up to two weeks, and the neck is assessed at about two weeks. Deep creases are softened, not erased.

Results vary from person to person and none is guaranteed. Daily sun protection is part of every plan.

What we do not offer

MED YU MED is an aesthetic medicine clinic. We do not perform plastic surgery, so there is no surgical neck lift, platysma surgery or facelift, and we do not perform thread lifts. If your neck needs a surgical result, we say so at the consultation. After an operation elsewhere, the surgeon leads your care and treatment here starts only with their agreement. We also do not promise a fixed result or duration.

Who this suits, and who should wait

Non-surgical treatment suits you if

  • The skin of your neck or chest is crepey, lax, dull or spotted
  • Sagging is mild to moderate and skin still recoils
  • You want a gradual result over two to three months or longer

Wait, or see a doctor first, if

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • There is an infection, inflammation, herpes or an open wound in the area
  • You have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device; this rules out radiofrequency
  • You took isotretinoin recently, or you scar with keloids
  • You have a fresh tan or recent strong sun exposure, or take photosensitising medicine
  • A mole or spot has changed; we refer you to a dermatologist for a check before any laser
  • Skin hangs in a fold that needs to be gathered, not tightened

This list is not exhaustive. A licensed doctor decides whether treatment is suitable at an in-person assessment.

Contact us the same day if after a session a blister or burn appears, pain grows after the first day instead of easing, redness and heat spread past the treated area, or you develop discharge or fever. Outside our hours, or after filler if skin turns white, blue or mottled, pain is severe or vision changes, go to the nearest emergency department or call 998.

Come with the question, leave with a sequence

The doctor examines the neck and chest, tells you whether the concern is laxity, pigment, texture or creases, and proposes the order of treatments.

Questions people ask

Which non-surgical method tightens neck skin?

It depends on what is happening in your neck. Radiofrequency microneedling suits loose, crepey skin. Endolift is used for more pronounced laxity of the neck and lower face. INDIBA and BBL SkinTyte are needle-free options that work across a series of visits. The doctor chooses after examination, and some plans combine two methods.

Can non-surgical treatment replace a neck lift?

No. Energy devices contract and rebuild collagen, which can sharpen a blurred outline and improve skin quality. They do not remove skin or reposition deeper tissue. If your neck calls for surgery, the doctor says so at the consultation. We do not perform plastic surgery or thread lifts.

How do you treat brown spots on the décolleté?

With a pigment laser or light treatment, after a skin assessment: PicoSure Pro or BBL. Treated spots often darken before they fade, and the pigment usually needs a course of sessions several weeks apart. For a mole or spot that has changed, we refer you to a dermatologist first, and strict sun protection is part of the plan.

What helps horizontal neck lines?

Necklace lines are creases from thin skin folding with head movement, and they are different from sagging. Soft hyaluronic acid filler softens them, and radiofrequency microneedling can improve skin quality around them. Filler does not lift loose skin. See our Venus rings page for products and prices.

How many sessions will I need?

RF microneedling usually runs as three to four sessions four to six weeks apart. MOXI is typically three to four sessions a few weeks apart. Pigment treatment is a course spaced several weeks apart. Endolift is normally one session per zone. The doctor sets the number after the first response.

Is there downtime?

It depends on the method. INDIBA has none. RF microneedling leaves redness and a grid or sandpaper texture for one to three days. MOXI leaves a sandpaper texture and light bronzing for two to three days. Endolift causes swelling, bruising and tenderness for one to two weeks.

How much does neck and décolleté treatment cost in Dubai?

Per session, neck treatment ranges from 900 AED for a PicoSure Pro pigmentation session to 2 900 AED for RF microneedling on Morpheus Pro. Décolleté RF microneedling is 3 100 AED on Genius and 3 400 AED on Morpheus Pro, and Vivace for décolleté and neck together is 3 300 AED, and Endolift for neck and décolleté is 6 200 AED. The table above lists each method with its course price.

Is it safe for darker skin?

Insulated needles and non-ablative lasers are used across a range of skin tones, but pigment change after inflammation is the main risk on darker skin. The doctor sets conservative energy and may advise a test patch. BBL light targets melanin, so on very dark skin the doctor suggests another method.

What are the risks of RF microneedling on the neck?

Redness, warmth and pinpoint marks are expected. Less often: burns, blistering, infection, scarring and pigment change. In October 2025 the US FDA issued a safety communication on RF microneedling after reports of burns, scarring, fat loss, disfigurement and nerve damage. It advises choosing a licensed provider trained on the device and asking which device is used; ours is named on each service page.
