Venus Rings (Neck Lines) Treatment

Venus rings treatment at MED YU MED Dubai

Venus Rings (Neck Lines) Treatment

Venus rings treatment at MED YU MED Dubai is an injectable neck filler procedure for horizontal neck lines, necklace lines and “tech neck” wrinkles. The treatment uses soft hyaluronic acid filler to smooth the crease lines that wrap around the front of the neck and help the skin look more even, hydrated and refreshed.

Venus rings can appear because of natural neck movement, posture, ageing, collagen loss, thin skin and repeated folding of the neck. They are different from heavy neck sagging: filler can soften horizontal creases, but it cannot replace surgical lifting or correct severe loose skin.

At MED YU MED, the doctor first examines the depth of the neck lines, skin thickness, hydration, elasticity, asymmetry and previous filler history. Because neck skin is thin and mobile, the product must be soft enough to integrate smoothly without looking heavy or creating visible lumps.

The clinic uses Belotero Balance and Belotero Soft for Venus rings correction. These hyaluronic acid fillers are selected for delicate neck lines when the goal is soft smoothing, hydration and natural-looking correction rather than strong structural lifting.

The procedure may be suitable for patients searching for Venus rings filler in Dubai, horizontal neck lines treatment, neck wrinkle filler, tech neck treatment, neck rejuvenation filler or Belotero neck filler. Prices start from 2 000 AED for 1 ml. The final product choice, injection technique and amount of filler are selected after doctor assessment.

About the treatment

Venus rings treatment at MED YU MED Dubai is an injectable neck filler procedure for horizontal neck lines, necklace lines and “tech neck” wrinkles. The treatment uses soft hyaluronic acid filler to smooth the crease lines that wrap around the front of the neck and help the skin look more even, hydrated and refreshed.

At MED YU MED, the doctor first examines the depth of the neck lines, skin thickness, hydration, elasticity, asymmetry and previous filler history. Because neck skin is thin and mobile, the product must be soft enough to integrate smoothly without looking heavy or creating visible lumps.

How it works

Venus rings can appear because of natural neck movement, posture, ageing, collagen loss, thin skin and repeated folding of the neck. They are different from heavy neck sagging: filler can soften horizontal creases, but it cannot replace surgical lifting or correct severe loose skin.

The clinic uses Belotero Balance and Belotero Soft for Venus rings correction, alongside Teosyal. These hyaluronic acid fillers are selected for delicate neck lines when the goal is soft smoothing, hydration and natural-looking correction rather than strong structural lifting. Prices start from 2000 AED for 1 ml. The final product choice, injection technique and amount of filler are selected after doctor assessment.

How the session goes

  1. Consultation

The doctor examines the depth of the neck lines, skin thickness, hydration and elasticity, reviews your filler history, medical history, medications including blood thinners and any allergies, explains the possible risks, and confirms whether soft filler suits your neck.

  2. Preparation

The neck is cleansed and a topical numbing cream is applied. The lines to treat are mapped so the soft filler goes exactly along the creases.

  3. Injection

The doctor places the soft hyaluronic acid filler along the neck lines with a fine needle, in small amounts to keep the result smooth on thin skin. A session runs about 20 to 30 minutes.

  4. Aftercare

Small raised bumps along the injected lines are expected at first and usually settle within a few days; in some cases they last longer. Avoid rubbing, heat and pressure on the neck for 48 hours, and attend the follow-up review so the doctor can check how the lines have settled.

Results you can expect

Some smoothing is usually visible soon after the injection, but early swelling can mask the true result — the neck is assessed properly at about two weeks, once swelling has settled and the soft gel has integrated with the thin neck skin. Deeper creases often respond best to a short course rather than one visit, since the neck folds constantly and the doctor builds correction gradually to keep it smooth. Neck lines are softened, not erased: deep creases usually improve partially, and some patients need an alternative approach. How long the result holds depends on the product, the amount used and the depth of the lines, and the doctor estimates this at assessment before a top-up refreshes it. Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals, and the doctor reviews the lines at follow-up.

Recovery and aftercare

Redness and small bumps along the injected lines usually settle within a few days. Bruising is common after neck injections and can take up to a week or two to fade fully. Keep the neck clean, avoid rubbing or massaging the area, and skip intense exercise for at least 24 hours and saunas, steam rooms, hot baths and sunbeds for at least 48 hours. Try not to compress the neck — high tight collars and heavy necklaces can wait a day. Most people return to everyday activity the same day, within the limits above.

Possible side effects and risks. Common and usually temporary: redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness and small palpable bumps along the injected lines. Less common: persistent or delayed nodules, a bluish tint where product sits too superficially on thin neck skin, infection, or an allergic reaction. Rare but serious: filler entering a blood vessel.

When to contact us urgently. Serious problems after filler are rare; the ones that matter are measured in hours, not days. Ring the clinic without delay for pain that is severe or increasing rather than settling, skin that turns white, blue or dusky or takes on a mottled, net-like look, blistering, or any change in your vision. These need treatment within hours. Over the next few days, tell us about rising redness or heat, a fever, or a lump that shows up days or weeks later.

How to reach us. MED YU MED answers on +971 52 184 5011, daily 10:00–22:00. When we are closed, or if a symptom is severe or getting worse, go to the nearest emergency department or call 998 — do not hold out for opening time. A change in vision after a facial injection means going directly to an emergency department instead of waiting for a call back.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Venus rings treatment cost in Dubai?

At MED YU MED Venus rings correction starts from 2000 AED per 1 ml (Teosyal), with Belotero Balance and Belotero Soft at 2200 AED and course packages available. The total depends on the depth of the lines and the amount of filler, which the doctor confirms at consultation.

What are Venus rings?

Venus rings are the horizontal lines that wrap around the front of the neck — also called necklace lines or tech-neck wrinkles. They come from neck movement, posture, ageing and thinning skin, and they differ from sagging: filler softens the creases but does not lift loose skin.

How long does neck filler last?

How long the result holds depends on the product, the amount used and the depth of the lines, and the doctor estimates this at assessment. Deeper lines often respond best to a short course. A top-up refreshes the correction. Results vary between individuals.

Will the filler be visible on thin neck skin?

The products used — Belotero Balance, Belotero Soft and Teosyal — are chosen precisely because neck skin is thin and mobile: they are soft gels chosen to integrate smoothly, and the doctor places small amounts per line to keep the result even. This lowers the risk but does not remove it: visible bumps, irregularities or a bluish tint remain possible on thin neck skin. They are treatable — tell the doctor at your follow-up if you notice any.

Does the treatment hurt?

A numbing cream is applied first and the needle is fine. Most patients describe small pricks and brief stinging, though pain tolerance differs from person to person — tell the doctor during the session if it is uncomfortable. The neck can feel tender afterwards, with small bumps along the lines that usually settle within a few days.

Can filler fix a sagging neck?

No. Filler softens horizontal creases, but it cannot lift loose, sagging skin — that needs another approach, such as skin tightening or surgery. The doctor tells you honestly at consultation which option fits your neck.

What are the risks of neck filler?

Redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness and small bumps you can feel along the injected lines are common and usually pass. Bruising on the neck can take up to two weeks to fade. Less common: persistent or delayed nodules, a bluish tint where product sits too superficially on thin neck skin, infection, and allergic reaction. Rare but serious: filler entering a blood vessel, which needs treatment within hours. The warning signs and who to call are in the aftercare section above.
