About the LASEmaR 1500 platform
LASEmaR 1500 is a laser designed and made in Italy by Eufoton. Its source is a 1470 nm high-power diode, and for Endolift it delivers energy through optical microfibres that a doctor places under the skin. Eufoton also runs other applications on the same unit through interchangeable handpieces, including a fractional scanner and laser-assisted lipolysis.
At MED YU MED the LASEmaR 1500 L is used for Endolift lifting of the face, jawline and neck and of selected body zones. Endolift at the clinic is a doctor-only procedure.

How Endolift works
Endolift works from inside the skin. A doctor introduces a thin optical microfibre under the skin, into the superficial hypodermis in Eufoton’s description, and guides it along the treatment area while the LASEmaR 1500 delivers 1470 nm energy. Eufoton states that this wavelength interacts thermally and selectively with water and fat, triggering neo-collagenesis.
The manufacturer describes three effects: dissolution of fat cells (lipolysis), collagen remodelling and photobiomodulation, with skin tightening as the result. The laser creates micro-tunnels oriented along antigravitational vectors. The microfibres are strictly disposable and come in several calibres chosen by treatment type and area.
At MED YU MED a doctor performs Endolift under local anaesthetic through micro entry points, with no stitches. Published case series report burns, local infection, steatonecrosis, haematoma, hyperpigmentation and nerve injury; serious complications are uncommon and depend on technique and patient selection.
