Endolift works from inside the skin rather than across its surface. The Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 feeds a 1470 nm laser through optical microfibres, supplied in calibers from 200 to 600 microns. A doctor introduces a fibre through a micro entry point under local anaesthetic, then guides it through the deep dermis along the area being treated. The energy heats tissue from within, which reaches layers that surface lasers and topical creams do not.
Two effects follow the fibre. In published studies the heat reduces small fat pockets that blur a jawline or fill out the jowls, and it warms the fibrous septa, the connective strands that anchor skin to the tissue below. Over the following weeks that controlled heating stimulates neocollagenesis, so the skin typically tightens gradually rather than all at once. The lift comes from the body's own repair response, not from cutting or removing tissue. For a fuller explanation of the method, see Endolift in Dubai: how laser lifting works.
At MED YU MED the laser treats the full face, lower face, jowls, jawline, neck and decollete, and body zones including the abdomen, buttocks, knees, inner hips, hands and back. The fibre enters through micro points rather than surgical incisions, so there are no stitches and the entry points usually close without sutures. That places Endolift between surface energy devices and a surgical lift, which carries scars and a longer recovery.
Recovery is usually modest. Most patients leave the same day with mild swelling that settles within a few days, and the firming keeps developing for roughly two to three months as new collagen matures. Downtime depends on the area treated and the protocol the doctor chooses, so the exact picture is confirmed at consultation rather than promised in advance. Compared with a thread lift, the change comes from the body rebuilding its own collagen rather than from material placed under the skin.
Endolift is a medical procedure performed by a doctor, who reviews your skin, facial anatomy, medical history and goals before deciding whether the laser is appropriate. Results vary between individuals, and a single treatment is not a guarantee of a fixed outcome.
To book the procedure, see Endolift treatment and prices, which covers indications, suitability and pricing.
Expect swelling, tenderness and bruising around the entry points in the first days. Published case series also report burns, local infection, steatonecrosis, haematoma, hyperpigmentation and nerve injury, including the marginal mandibular branch, which affects movement rather than sensation. Serious complications are uncommon and depend on technique and patient selection, which is why the doctor reviews your anatomy and medical history before treating.
This page does not replace a medical consultation. Results are individual. A doctor confirms indications and contraindications at an in-person appointment.
