Do I have to book a treatment on the day?

No. You leave with a written plan and pricing, then decide in your own time. Many patients think it over and book later — that’s expected, not a problem.

How long does a consultation take?

Plan for around 30 to 45 minutes. A full-face assessment or complex concern can run longer — the doctor won’t rush you to keep a schedule.

What does a consultation cost?

A dermatological consultation is 300 AED and a trichological assessment on the Hive Pro is 500 AED. You leave with a diagnosis, a plan and the total cost of the treatment, and nothing is booked until you agree to it — you are never pushed to decide on the day.

What should I bring?

A list of your current medications and any past aesthetic or dermatological treatments. It lets the doctor advise safely and accurately from the first minute.

Can I be treated the same day?

Sometimes — if the treatment suits you, there are no contraindications, and you’re ready. The doctor confirms only after examining your skin. Safety comes before speed.

Which languages do you speak?

Our team consults in English and Russian, so you can describe what bothers you in your own words and follow every step of the plan.
