Our starting doses are deliberately conservative. The aim is a rested look with movement preserved, not a frozen one, so we prefer to add units at a review two weeks later rather than overtreat on the first visit.
The doctor assesses facial movement, muscle strength, asymmetry and proportions, reviews your botulinum toxin history and medical background, and agrees the level of correction with you.
