Compressive microvibration
A handpiece with a grid of 55 silicone spheres rolls across the skin and delivers low-frequency compression — no heat, no needles, no downtime. A session runs from about 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the size of the area, and results build across a course.

How prices work here
Endospheres is priced per session and per area, and it works as a course, so the plan is priced at the consultation once the areas and the number of sessions are agreed. A quoted price on its own is not a treatment plan; every current position is in the full price list.
How the choice is made
- ConsultationThe team assesses the body and skin, reviews the areas you want treated, your goals and medical history, and sets the number of sessions your concern is likely to need.
- PreparationThe area is exposed and you are positioned comfortably. The handpiece and the settings are matched to the area being treated.
- TreatmentThe handpiece is rolled over the area and delivers compression that feels like a firm, structured massage. A session usually takes 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the size of the area.
- AftercareDrink water to support the drainage the session sets in motion and return to normal activity straight away. Sessions repeat across a course.

When it is not appropriate
Treatment is postponed or declined during pregnancy and lactation, over active processes in the treatment area such as ulcers, boils, psoriasis, eczema or rash, with varicose veins in the treatment area, with diabetes mellitus, with a pacemaker or serious heart disease, and under the age of 18.
Tell the doctor about recent surgery, any implants in the area, and any condition affecting circulation or lymphatic drainage — post-surgical and post-procedure use is common, but the timing has to be set by whoever performed the original procedure. This list is not exhaustive, and final suitability is determined by a clinician at an in-person assessment.
What it does, and what it does not do
Compression works on tissue and on local circulation. Over a course people commonly report a smoother look, less puffiness in the treated area and a softer appearance of cellulite. It does not remove fat, and it is not a weight-loss treatment. Tissue returns to its previous state if the course stops, which is the honest way to describe every maintenance treatment.
When to seek help
Side effects are uncommon and mild: temporary redness, tenderness or bruising in the treated area. Call the clinic on +971 52 184 5011 (daily 10:00–22:00) if you develop lasting or increasing pain in a treated area, extensive bruising, or redness and heat along a vein. Call 998 — the UAE ambulance number, free and available 24 hours — or go to the nearest emergency department if you develop sudden shortness of breath, chest pain, or painful swelling in one leg, since these can indicate a clot.
Questions about choosing a treatment
What does Endospheres actually change?
It works on tissue and on local circulation through rhythmic compression rather than heat, light or injection. Over a course that shows as a smoother look, less puffiness in the treated area and a softer appearance of cellulite. It shapes how an area looks rather than removing fat.
How many sessions are needed?
A typical plan runs a series of sessions once or twice a week, then occasional maintenance. The exact number depends on the area and your goals and is set at the consultation — changes build across the course rather than after a single appointment.
How much does it cost?
The treatment is priced per session and per area, and the full plan is priced at the consultation once the areas and the number of sessions are agreed. Current positions are in the full price list.
Does it hurt, and is there downtime?
It feels like a firm, structured massage — no needles and no heat. There is no downtime: you return to normal activity straight away, sometimes with a brief flush in the treated area that settles quickly.
Will it help me lose weight?
No. Endospheres works on circulation, lymphatic drainage and tissue tone, not on fat removal, so it improves puffiness, firmness and the look of cellulite. Where the goal is fat reduction rather than tissue quality, this is not the right treatment and the doctor will say so.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes, and it is often used after other procedures to support recovery and drainage. The sequence and the interval are set by the doctor, together with whoever performed the original procedure.
