Skin boosters are injectable HA-based products formulated not to add volume but to improve the quality, hydration and elasticity of the skin from within. The most well-known is Profhilo (IBSA) — a high-concentration, uncrosslinked HA that spreads through the dermis, stimulating collagen types I and III, elastin and adipocyte proliferation.
